Yes that is what you feel when you apply this to your face. I use this only for this effect. It does not give nay coverage but your skin looks fresh and also has some glow similar that of a illuminator/highlighter.
Cotrary to the reviews about the brush that comes with this, I like this brush, it makes easy to go around the corners of eyes and nose.
you need a foundation for coverage, this alone does not do any thing as it says 'finishing'.
